About
About Peak Law PLLC
I'm Morgan Ikerd, the attorney behind Peak Law. I started my legal career in Chicago, where I was first licensed in 2015, and my work has focused on real estate and small business ever since — including years spent helping my own family with the legal side of running their businesses. After moving to Washington, I was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2024 and began focusing formally on business law.
That path shaped how I practice: I kept seeing capable people and small businesses who needed clear, reliable legal help — a contract reviewed, a deed drafted, an agreement done right — but couldn't justify a traditional firm's hourly bill or an open-ended retainer. Peak Law is my answer to that. I focus on the everyday, non-litigation work most people actually need, priced as a flat fee so you know the cost up front and get exactly the help you're after. My goal is simple: to make quality legal work feel accessible instead of intimidating.
